Bloomberg isn’t a proponent of outright banning those sweet sugary drinks that we share at the dinner table or pick up in a drive-through, he simply wants tighter regulation on the beverages. Just like gun regulation, however, these things tend to spiral out of control. Luckily for fans of Dr. Pepper and Coke, the Supreme Court struck down the ban.
