 5.) Eliminating the Filibuster

Many Democrats are talking about removing the filibuster rule in the Senate. This would permanently lower the voting requirement to 51 instead of 60 and make the Senate more like the House. The Governor of Washington State Jay Inslee told NPR "The filibuster will essentially doom us to a situation where we'll never be able to fight climate change,".
