Marco Rubio was dubbed Little Marco by then candidate Trump, Little Marco. The term just barely edged out Sloppy Steve in the power rankings. Marco’s nickname only came out on top because it stayed relevant longer while Sloopy Steve saw a lot of popularity for a short period of time.
