Reports are circulating the partisan Andrew McCabe had a personal grudge against Michael Flynn and set him up, and that Flynn’s case is being reviewed by the judge because his plea was possibly coerced. Given that he’s going after Gates and Manafort on “conspiracy” charges, such charges may be beyond his authority; Mueller has yet to make the case on how any of this is related to Russians colluding with the Trump campaign.
