One of Bush’s major reforms that went unnoticed was his reform of Drug Treatment, he helped make drug treatment centers better for rehabilitation. This reform went unnoticed by many and is forgotten today, Trump should invoke this and use the same tactics to help mitigate or possibly end the opioid crisis that is plaguing the country today.
