This act wasn’t like the “climate change” bills of today, this bill actually set out to do something. The bill was an attempt to limit smog and emissions in urban areas, and for the most part, it worked, cities have breathable air now unlike before. Today’s bill is just secret taxes used to punish consumers for their choices.
