Americans are fed up with liberals resisting federal immigration law; they want illegals outta here yesterday and want swamp creatures out of the way. In 2017, 33 states had laws pending in their legislatures to enforce federal immigration law and stop sanctuary cities from endangering their citizens. As Arizona found out at the Supreme Court when Obama would not enforce the law, the federal government gets to make immigration law, and liberals at the state and local level must enforce the law or get out of the way. 
 
We have assembled a list of the states and localities that have turned around on immigration, or at least tried. President Trump is winning the argument, as Americans consistently oppose sanctuary cities in polls, both Democrats and Republicans. When liberals get out the way, the law works really well.
