Trump Calls Dem’s Bluff On Memo

The memo released by House Intelligence Committee chairman Devin Nunes (R-Calif.) made the Democrats look bad, as they wanted to cover up the partisan games being played behind the scenes as the Deep State guns for the President. Since then, they have been chomping at the bit to release a memo of their own.

While few people currently know the contents of the memo that Rep. Adam Schiff (D-Calif.) would be pushing, it is said to compromise sources and methods of the intelligence community; the very thing that the Democrats claimed the Chairman’s memo did. The design of such a move is to force the Trump White House to redact the memo, making it look like the administration has something to hide.

Politico reports, “I think the reality is that the White House will look forward to releasing that memo,” said Marc Short, President Donald Trump’s legislative affairs director. “I think the president made the right decision to say, ‘look if that’s the game you play I’m going to send it back to you,'” he said. “You clean it up, you work with the F.B.I., and then send it back to us and we’re happy to release it.”

Democrats are so desperate to gain power and bring down the President that they have no problem with damaging the intelligence community in the process. President Trump is all for exposing the Deep State but isn’t about selling out good intelligence people just to score points over “Little” Adam Schiff; the Democrats will keep trying to make hay over this issue, but the President isn’t about to help them.
