You Won’t Believe What This Liberal Loon Did to Protest Trump (VIDEO)

Liberals have really got to ratchet back the anti-Trump rhetoric before someone gets hurt. As the Washington Free Beacon reports, a man attempted to set himself on fire outside of the Trump Hotel last night:

A man attempted to set himself on fire in front of the Trump International Hotel in Washington, D.C., on Tuesday in protest of President-elect Donald Trump.

The unidentified 45-year-old male from California was hospitalized and is being treated for burns on 10 percent of his body, the New York Post reported.

The protester lit himself on fire using an accelerant and a lighter.

“We elected somebody who is completely incapable of respecting the Constitution of the United States,” the protester said.

This is absurd. It’s time liberals cut the crap and stop pretending that Donald Trump’s election means some new era of fascism is about to come to America.

Trump’s policy proposals are not anywhere outside of the mainstream. He wants a tax cut plan that’s very conservative. He wants an infrastructure plan and a trade policy that’s very liberal centrist, out of the FDR playbook. This is not extreme.

The so called “climate of hate” that Trump has ushered in is also a myth. To the extent it exists, it’s because liberals seek to overstate the influence of a sad gaggle of white nationalist, sexually confused basement dwelling nothinburgers- the so called “alt-right,” who delusionally believe that Donald Trump is going to institute their hateful agenda. There’s no evidence supporting that. There’s also often no evidence supporting the number of hate crime hoaxes that liberal journalists have rushed to cover, but that hasn’t stopped them.

Luckily, the vast majority of Americans understand this. They supported Donald Trump because his simple message- Make America Great Again- resonated with them. That’s it and that’s all.

So drop the extremism. Please.
