President Trump is right that the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals policy is dead. The Obama era executive order was meant to cover foreign-born, American raised young people that was the subject of lawsuits from states that wanted to enforce federal immigration law. Obama told officials at the time of his executive order to ignore the letter of the law, and that wasn’t acceptable.
 
For now, we have a list of why the president is right. Obama’s Democrats are too busy playing politics to care about the stuff they claim matters. The list will go over the reasons that DACA isn’t going anywhere. Number 4 is shocking.
