Iranians were the original ISIS, the difference being they are the Shia branch of Islam to ISIS’ Sunnism. What that means for foreign policy is that the Iranian leadership believe a war with Israel and America is necessary to bring about the end times, and cause their 12th Imam to come back (sort of like a Shia Armageddon and Judgement Day). The “Twelvers” who believe this was once outlawed in Iran, but the current Ayatollah believes in it. No amount of words from liberals like John Kerry and Barack Obama will talk them out of inducing their religion’s end-times scenario; so yes, Obama gave money to people who are evil AND crazy.
