President Obama’s signature legislation, Obamacare, was dealt a blow by the Tax Cuts and Jobs Act, as it guts the individual mandate tax on Americans to purchase health insurance. It also freed up massive amounts of capital the government was pocketing, giving President Trump an economy that put Obama’s to shame. This promise makes President Trump a jobs president on top of hurting Obamacare, which must make Obama fume.
