Politico magazine reported that after President Trump’s meeting with the outgoing Justice Kennedy, that Kavanaugh emerged as a front-runner. They speculated that Kennedy recommended him above others on the list in exchange for his retirement. The left is already sniffing for a scandal, as prominent liberals like David corn already are talking about an investigation, though there is nothing illegal about such an arrangement. Prepare for the speculation to become yet another fake scandal, and for it to become the outrage of the week at some point.
