Bill Nelson didn’t vote for Kavanaugh in 2006, or Gorsuch in 2017. He’s in a toss-up race with the popular Governor Rick Scott. Nelson is the poster boy for phony moderate Democrats and would vote for Kavanaugh to save his skin. He must at least pretend that he’s considering the nominee, and hasn’t ruled it out, according to the New York Post.
