US Marshal’s Fugitive Task Force arrested Juan Carlos Ramos after a massive four-day manhunt. Ramos’s alleged crime is that he entered the home of a female associate and butchered the man who was there with a machete near death. The man barely walked away with his life as emergency responders had to apply tourniquets to his body, authorities are saying had it not been for the emergency first aid he would have died.
