Bush Vetoed a bill on racial quotas when it landed on his desk. The bill would have been horrible and would hurt poor ethnic neighborhoods the most. They would not have been able to higher outside help to train local employees if this was passed. This is just another example of Democrats trying to divide America into racial lines!
