The issue of Non-Unanimous Juries is going to the Supreme Court. Very few states have made it so you can get criminal convection with a majority of jurors as opposed to the typical unanimous juries that are required. The court will determine if unanimous juries are required to get a criminal conviction. The outcome of this case will have virtually no impact on the Trump administration.
