America today is more like 1930s Germany than a communist country. We even have the Hitler brown shirts (Antifas). Hitler was a globalist and we have a lot of those too.
Freedom, Liberty, Equality, Fairness, Honesty, Free Market Capitalism, and secure borders are all part of a thriving nation. A nation that abandons Godly principles is on its own without God’s blessing, it may fall prey to evil by those that want to destroy every foundation that is good and helps to prosper mankind, not degrade and destroy it. Many generations fought for that flag as a symbol of Freedom and Fairness. Too many elites and corporations have shunned that flag and don’t care what our past history is or how we overcome great obstacles for freedom. These companies couldn’t care less about America. Their offices are here, but their business is carried out world-wide. They are here not as Americans, but as an international business that will sell out to anyone who will increase their profit even if it means sticking it to the US. Trump rallied for the American worker and that would financially hurt these big international businesses, because they would have to pay more to their workers than if their product were made in some third world country in which those workers would be paid little or almost nothing as slaves. In the strictest sense of the word a democracy is a place that has no laws. All decisions, no matter how important, or trivial, are made by a popular vote of all the citizens. That means that completely different decisions can be reached involving the same or similar questions. It is unquestionably mob rule. That wishy-washy and inconsistant process is why our Founding Fathers specifically rejected making the US a democracy, and gave us a “rule of law” republic instead.
A democracy is also a place that, by definition, has no bureaucracy, whereas socialism, liberalism, communism, and so many other “isms” are all very top-heavy governments. That means that that the idea of “democratic socialism” is fallaciious because a democracy and any socialist related government are at opposite ends of the political landscape. If you have either one of them you cannot simulteneously also have the other….. unless you redefine the words you are using….. which is something we are seeing today’s liberals attempt to do on a daily basis.
The Greek city of Athens was a real democracy (demos=people, krato= power) “Athenians did not vote for politicians to represent them. Every law and policy was voted on directly by the people. Because of this, government held a limited role.” (Bible in World History) That would be great but America has a “to large” population.
