Ruth Bader Ginsburg
Late Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg noted in an interview with NPR that while she was aware some DEmocrats were pushing to expand the number of justices on the bench she opposed the idea. Bader said she didn’t believe that packing the court was a good idea when President Franklin Delano Roosevelt attempted it and her opinion has remained unchanged.
