Senator Sanders, a progressive socialist has commented that he opposes the idea of court-packing saying that if Democrats purpose the idea then it opens the door for Republicans to do the same once they’re in power. “My worry is that the next time the Republicans are in power they will do the same thing, I think that is not the ultimate solution.”
