Michael Bloomberg could run again if the opportunity presents itself. The only thing stopping Bloomberg from running is the fact that a Democrat is already in office. Micheal Bloomberg can personally finance his own campaign so his popularity is totally irrelevant in regards to that aspect of a campaign.
