On Tuesday, five states have the chance to legalize marijuana with ballot initiatives. The drug is quickly becoming legal across many states in the country but is still illegal on the federal level. Maryland, North Dakota, South Dakota, Missouri and Arkansas  all have referendums on the ballot tomorrow.
