Crisis in the Classroom: What is Going on in America’s Schools

Education has become one of the most important issues in America seemingly overnight, parents across the country are attending school board meetings in an effort to get an edge in and find out what is really going on behind closed doors. 

Sadly, what is going on in schools across the country has been going on for a while now. The Critical Race Theory and abuse of students are not new, the only reason it is being talked about now is because of the Covid-19 pandemic and subsequent lockdown. 

Students were sent home and engaged in remote learning, parents could stare over their shoulders and see what they were being taught while some students took it upon themselves to expose the curriculum via social media. Previously parents were unable to keep an attentive eye on what their children were learning and students were unable to take video recordings of their teachers and lessons without consequence. 

Things have changed, and now parents across the country have a real opportunity to do good and push back what is being taught in the classroom. Parents can now have greater involvement in their children’s education, much to the dismay of activists, school boards, and the Federal Government.
