In Pennsylvania, the U.S. Senate seat race between Fetterman and Oz is, in the latest polls, only 0.4 points from each other. Though in this state, officials are not allowed to start processing absentee or mail-in ballots until the morning of election day leaving an opportunity for potential delay in this highly monitored race.
